Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This policy applies only to residents of California. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here.

Submit your request

Use this form to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, or to ask us what we hold about you, to delete it or to correct it. You can also email contact@499group.com with the subject "Privacy request" or write to the address at the bottom of this page.

What would you like us to do?

Do not include your Social Security number or bank details; we never ask for them to act on a request.

Who we are

LoanAdvice is a website operated by Four Nine Nine Ltd. We are not a lender. The request form on this site is provided by our matching partner. When you submit it, Four Nine Nine Ltd transmits your request through that form directly to its matching partner and through it to lending partners so they can evaluate your request, and may be compensated for that; Four Nine Nine Ltd does not keep the request itself. Under the CCPA that transmission can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, which is why this page exists.

1. Your right to know

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared or sold it to, and to give you a copy of the specific information. In the preceding 12 months:

Some information or processing may be exempt from particular CCPA requirements when the conditions of another applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the California Financial Information Privacy Act, are met. These exemptions do not automatically cover all information collected through this website. We will explain any exemption we rely on when responding to your request.

2. Your right to delete

You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Use the form above or email contact@499group.com with the subject "CCPA right to delete". Once we verify the request we delete your records from our systems, except where the law lets us keep them, for example to complete a transaction you asked for, to detect fraud, or to meet a legal obligation. We will tell you if we keep anything and why. We also notify the service providers and the third parties that received your information from us in the previous 90 days, and instruct them to delete it or to stop selling or sharing it, unless doing so is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

3. Your right to opt out of sale or sharing

You may tell us not to sell or share your personal information. Note that submitting the request form is itself a request that we pass your information to lending partners so that they can consider a loan for you; if you later opt out, we stop any further sale or sharing of the information we hold. We also notify the service providers and the third parties that received your information from us in the previous 90 days, and instruct them to delete it or to stop selling or sharing it, unless doing so is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. To opt out, use the form above, email contact@499group.com with the subject "Do not sell my information", or write to the address below. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

To stop marketing messages from a lending partner or the matching partner, reply STOP to any text message or use the unsubscribe link in their email; those messages come from them, not from us.

4. Opt-out preference signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: when your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser and we do not load advertising tags. If your browser sends the signal and you then submit a request form, we tell you on the form that the two conflict and ask you to confirm that you want this request sent to our matching partner and lending partners; your confirmation applies to that request only, and the signal keeps applying to everything else.

5. Your right to limit the use of sensitive personal information

The request form asks for your Social Security number and bank account details. Those are sensitive personal information under California law. They are transmitted to our matching partner and to lending partners only so they can evaluate your request; Four Nine Nine Ltd does not keep them and does not use them for any other purpose. You may limit that use: use the form above with "Limit the use of my sensitive personal information" selected (the Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information link in the footer opens it that way) or email contact@499group.com with the subject "Limit sensitive information". Once we receive your request, the only thing that happens with your sensitive personal information on this site is the transmission of the request you chose to submit to our matching partner and lending partners; Four Nine Nine Ltd does not keep it. We tell those partners that received it to use it only for the purposes California law allows. We tell our matching partner and lending partners that received it to do the same.

6. Your right to correct

You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. Tell us what is wrong and what it should be; we may ask for documentation before we change a record.

7. Non-discrimination

We will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

8. How to submit a verifiable request

Send requests through the form above, to contact@499group.com or to Four Nine Nine Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, and say which right you are exercising. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing and requests to limit the use of sensitive personal information are not verified: we act on them as received, unless we have reason to believe the request is fraudulent. Requests to know, delete or correct are verified as described here. A request to know, delete or correct must give us enough to verify you are the person the information is about. To verify identity we match the name, email address, phone number and, if needed, the state and ZIP code you used on this site against our records. We do not ask for a Social Security number to verify a request. You may make a request to know twice in any 12-month period; requests to delete or correct have no such limit. You may ask for information we retain about you beyond the preceding 12 months where the law requires it.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides your signed permission; for requests to know, delete or correct we also verify your identity directly with you.

9. When we respond

We act on opt-out and limit requests within 15 business days and tell the third parties that received your personal information in the previous 90 days to stop selling or sharing it. For requests to know, delete or correct we confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days; if we need up to 45 more days we tell you why in writing, by email to the address you gave us.

Information held by lenders

Once a lending partner or the matching partner has received your request, it holds that information under its own privacy policy. You can also contact that company about its own processing; that does not replace our responsibility to handle your request as described above.

Residents of other states

The rights above, and the appeal process, are also available to residents of other states with consumer privacy laws; see Your privacy rights in the Privacy Policy.
